Refund policy
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Topoint Archery, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at sales@topointarchery.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Any used or damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee or refused for return. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Upon receipt of the returned item, Topoint Archery will process the return within two working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
WARRANTIES
Topoint Archery offers a one-year warranty on all its products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your item is defective, please contact our customer service team by email at sales@topointarchery.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
If the item is covered under warranty, Topoint Archery will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item for repair or replacement. If the item is no longer available, Topoint Archery will offer a similar product or issue a refund.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, or modifications made to the product.
