Delivery Policy

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday, Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier and delivery location.

1. The goods will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

2. Delivery is deemed complete when the goods are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

3. If we are unable to fulfil your order in a single shipment due to operational reasons or stock availability, we may ship your order in multiple instalments at no additional delivery cost to you. If you request split deliveries, additional shipping charges may apply. Each shipment forms part of the same order. Delays or issues with one shipment do not automatically entitle cancellation of the entire order, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4. We may decline delivery where:

a. it is unsafe, unlawful, or not reasonably practicable; or
b. access to the delivery location is unsuitable for our carriers.

5. If you fail to accept delivery, and this is not due to our breach of these Terms:

a. we may store the goods and charge reasonable storage or redelivery fees; and
b. we are not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts or incorrect delivery information.

6. Once received, please check all goods within 3 working days. We reserve the right to refuse claims for damaged or missing goods made after this period unless a longer period has been agreed in writing. Shipping methods are automatically selected by our system based on the size, weight, and delivery requirements of the order. We partner with multiple logistics providers including Australia Post, CourierPlease, Aramex, and Allied Express to ensure the most suitable delivery service is used for each shipment. The carrier used for your order will be displayed in your tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Some delivery services may not be available for oversized items, PO boxes, remote locations, or external territories. All parcels are shipped with tracking, and a signature may be required upon delivery unless alternative delivery instructions are provided at checkout. Missed deliveries or unattended addresses may result in the parcel being returned to the local depot or sender, and additional re-delivery fees may apply.
